2. MS Word's unwanted formatting can cause all sorts of problems


If using MS Word it is suggested to:

3. Copy and paste the text from MS Word into "Notepad" - plain text editor - which removes the unwanted formatting

4. For a Mac the equivalent to Notepad is textedit

5. Then copy and paste the text from "Notepad/textedit" into the post

6. Format the text etc within blogger

7. And publish
